The man on the right is actor James Tolkan best known for his fine work in BACK TO THE FUTURE and TOP GUN. More importantly, his resemblance to Bo is uncanny. I think they may be related.

And if you're curious, after I found the picture, I ended up watching Top Gun clips on youtube for like 15 minutes.
