Sorry I haven’t posted awhile. But Life kind of got in the way for my hate for Bo Bounds. Plus, I’ve been listening to the Dan Patrick Show in the morning instead. But despite this lack of posting, I assure you, that Bo Bounds is still the worst.

For instance, take this little gem I heard on the way to work this morning. The Cellular South text message question of the day was: Will Tiger Woods make the cut at the Master’s? Huh? 

These text message questions are always inane and sound like they were thought up while Bo was taking a leak during the first Shapley’s commercial. But this Tiger Woods question is particularly dumb. For starters, it has a ‘yes or no’ answer. There is no way for listener’s responses to drive discussion. And second, it’s a silly question. 

In 16 tournaments at Augusta, Woods has missed the cut once (in 1996, he was 20; he won the following year). Over the last 10 years his finishing numbers look like this: 4, 6, 2, 2, 3, 1, 22, 15, 1, 1. Bodog has him listed at 8/1 to WIN THE FUCKING TOURNAMENT. A better question would be WHERE will Woods finish this weekend? 

At least one listener had the same thought I did and let Bo know as much. Basically saying the only answer to the question is “Yes” and told how dumb the topic was. Bo, being the pompous asshole that he is, refused to acknowledge the listener’s point of view. He reiterated how great the question was and said it was the question on everyone’s mind this week (false). 

Never change Bo Bounds. Never change.
